In the second place of this list is the song that became a sensation – ‘Despacito’. ‘Despacito’ is a song by Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi with Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee. The music video for this superhit track has recorded a whopping 6.95 billion views on YouTube since its launch in January 2017.
On August 4, 2017, the video for “Despacito” became the most viewed YouTube video of all time after receiving 3 billion views and becoming the first video on the site to reach that milestone. It later became the first YouTube video to reach 4 billion views on October 11, 2017, and later, in February 2019 to 6 billion views, which is about 75% of the entire population of Earth.

Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shape Of You’ music video has been viewed more than 4.96 billion times on YouTube since it was released in 2017. The song became a viral hit at the time, reaching number one on the 34 singles charts countries.
“Shape of You” is a song by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was released as a digital download on January 6, 2017 as one of the main double singles from his third studio album ÷ (2017), along with “Castle on the Hill”.
The song won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Solo Performance at the 60th Grammy Awards. In 2018, Billboard ranked “Shape of You” as the ninth most successful song of all time, while the magazine celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Hot 100.

Fourth on that list is Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s hit ‘See You Again’. The video clip was the most viewed on YouTube from July 10 to August 4, 2017. “See You Again” received three nominations at the 58th Grammy Awards: Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo / Group Performance and Best Song Written for Visual Media . He was also selected for the Song of the Year at the BBC Music Awards and was nominated for Best Original Song at the 73rd Golden Globe Awards. “See You Again” was the best-selling song of 2015 worldwide, with combined sales and flows equivalent to tracks of 20.9 million units according to the IFPI.
# 5 – “Masha and the Bear – Recipe for Disaster” – Get Movies

Disaster Recipe is one of many episodes of the Russian CGI animated TV show for children Masha and the Bear. What is striking is the fact that the clip is not in English, but in Russian and still reaches billions of views worldwide. The program is very popular outside of its home country and many episodes have a high view count on YouTube.
The Recipe for Disaster episode is of particular interest due to its astronomical view count. It is in a select club of only seven videos that reached 4 billion. It is the most popular non-music video of all time on YouTube – perhaps anywhere.

Sixth is another children’s video that made it into the top 10 most viewed videos on YouTube is Johny Johny Yes Papa. It is a short and lively music video about a mischievous baby and his father. It’s a simple song about a baby trying to eat some sugar (literally sugar cubes), although his dad obviously doesn’t approve.
The song became an Internet meme in August 2018, with a version of Billion Surprise Toys – a company with 16 million subscribers on its YouTube channel – going particularly viral on Twitter. This version highlights Johny and his father making popular dance moves, like the “Gangnam Style” dance, and interweaves the original lyrics with a repeated “doo-doo-doo-da-doo” to the “Baby Shark” melody.

The seventh on the list is ‘Uptown Funk’. A song by British music producer Mark Ronson, featuring American singer and songwriter Bruno Mars. Since its launch in 2014, it has accumulated 3.99 billion views on YouTube.
Commercially, the song topped the charts in 19 countries and reached the top 10 of 15 others, making Ronson and Mars’ single the most successful so far. In the United States, “Uptown Funk” topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 14 weeks and spent seven weeks at the top of the UK Singles Chart. It was certified 11 times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and four times platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). “Uptown Funk” reached the top position on the Canadian Hot 100 and led the Irish Singles Chart, taking first place at Christmas. The song also reached number one on the Syndicat National de l’Édition Phonographique (SNEP) in France, number one in Australia for a total of six weeks and in New Zealand for nine consecutive weeks. He also broke his own streaming record three times in the UK, while breaking the streaming record in the United States and around the world at that time.

Psy became an icon in YouTube history, Gangdam Style was a smash hit, becoming the first YouTube video seen more than a billion times. The most amazing thing was that the video reached these numbers in less than six months after its release – from July to December 2012 – which made this success so historic. It became the first video to reach 2 billion views in May 2014 and did not have a close competitor until 2015.
Among the more than 100 videos on YouTube that have already reached a billion views or more, Gangnam Style remains one of the most watched videos of all time. Gangnam Style outperforms the competition for more recent videos and maintains its position in the top ten eight years after its devastating debut.

And since parents are going to leave their children a good part of the day with their eyes fixed on the small screens, it makes sense that parents look for freely accessible and educational content.
Ninth place on the list is Miroshka TV’s Learning Colors Multi-Colored Eggs on the Farm. It is an educational video for children that has already accumulated more than 3.6 billion views in the two years since it was first published on YouTube.
It’s a fun five-minute video that teaches kids about different colors through animated eggs on a farm. The video itself is in Russian Language and teaches children the names of different colors in Russian. The only parts of the video that are not in Russian are the song (which is Old MacDonald Had a Farm in English). The video also has the option of subtitles in other languages.

“Sorry” is a song recorded by Canadian singer Justin Bieber for his fourth studio album, Purpose (2015). Written by Bieber, Julia Michaels, Justin Tranter, Skrillex and BloodPop, It was released on October 22, 2015. Lyrically, “Sorry” is an appeal for a chance to apologize to his girlfriend, with Bieber asking for forgiveness and a second chance to redeem yourself. Bieber said the girlfriend was Selena Gomez.
Commercially, music topped the charts in thirteen countries. He spent seven weeks in first place on the Canadian Hot 100 and three weeks in first place on the US Billboard Hot 100; “Sorry” was replaced by the third single “Love Yourself” on the February 13, 2016 chart, making Bieber the 12th act in the history of the Hot 100 to succeed in first place. He also accomplished the same feat in the UK, making it the third act to replace itself at the top of the UK Singles Chart. Globally, music has become one of the best-selling digital music releases, with over 10 million in sales in 2016 alone.
Although Justin Bieber became the second music artist to reach a 1 billion video on YouTube, he achieved that status with Baby, not the current tenth video on our list. Interestingly, Sorry is by far the most popular video for Justin Bieber on YouTube, with over 3.3 billion views to date.
