Access requires a verified Google Account. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify ZeekBuzz immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, Credit Packs & Billing
Pricing and allowances are set by the active commercial catalog at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled via the Stripe Customer Portal. Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed.
5. Acceptable Use & Fair Platform Quotas
You agree not to: (a) Scrape or harvest data from public or authenticated surfaces; (b) Circumvent plan quotas, credit gates, or authentication; (c) Reverse-engineer algorithms; (d) Infringe third-party intellectual property.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
ZeekBuzz retains all rights in its brand, software, and models. You retain full ownership of the briefs, scripts, and original creative content you create using the workspace.
7. AI Features & No Performance Guarantees
Generative AI suggestions (hooks, titles, outlines) are experimental and may contain inaccuracies. ZeekBuzz does not guarantee virality, views, subscribers, or revenue. Editorial choice remains solely with the creator.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties. ZeekBuzz and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Suspension & Termination
ZeekBuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, scraping, or committing fraud, without prior notice. You may close your account anytime in workspace settings.
10. Governing Law & Modifications
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected in the Last updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Governed by applicable law.
